AMF can't send out "InitialContextSetupRequest"

hello expert,
In my test with free5gc v3.2.1, AMF can’t send out “InitialContextSetupRequest” and no “PDU session establishment requst” in subsequence. i setup free5gc in VM and use real gNB(T&W) and real UE(Huawei Mate30), if i use simulator of UE and RAN in UERANSIM with same free5gc, everything work fine(means there are “InitialContextSetupRequest” and “PDU session establishment requst”), could you please help for any clue ?amfcfg.yaml (5.4 KB) no_InitialContextSetupRequest.pcap (166.5 KB) 20230328_simuUE_3.pcap (266.8 KB)amf_log.txt (3.3 KB)

Hi,

If your UERANSIM can successfully establish a PDU session, it means that your configuration is feasible.

Here are possible solutions:

Change the PLMN code to 00101. Using this PLMN code typically allows the mobile device to successfully connect to free5GC.
Verify if your mobile device model can successfully connect to your physical RAN.
