Bug in the pdrToUpdatePDR method of the build.go file in SMF

In the latest free5GC code, the pdrToUpdatePDR method in smf/build.go contains a duplicate assignment of updatePDR.FARID. Based on the logic, the second updatePDR.FARID should instead be updatePDR.QERID.
