Can I use Ubuntu 18.04 LTS on windows 10?

Hi guys. I’ve installed Ubuntu 18.04 LTS from the windows store and am trying to get started with Free5GC installation. I’m running into problems very quickly with certain commands not working during the free5gc install process. Is it possible to install free5GC on this ubuntu system within windows?
Also, do I need precisely:

  • Linux kernel: 4.15.0-43-generic
  • gcc 7.3.0
  • Go 1.11.4
  • QEMU emulator 2.11.1

Or can any of these be updated versions?

Your kernel version seems wrong?

As I know, the kernel requirement is limited by gtp5g.
