Is there any way to update pcc rule immediately?

I assume it is “SmPolicyUpdateNotification” which PCF sends to SMF.
But I don’t know how to send it.

@takaoka-stellar You can find related api in free5GC latest version with path smf/internal/sbi/api_callback.go.
