In current implementation of AMF or SMF, they are state-full and dynamic scaling are difficult.
The same for me. There is also a problem of IP addresses allocation: multiple SMF replicas may allocate same IP address to multiple UEs. This problem may be resolved by making the SMF relaying on a stateful DHCP service in backend.

No plan to support UDSF in near future, but maybe support it for far future.
