Free5gc with node-h / askey small cell

I’m trying to create a 5G NPN (999 99) by connect a node-h /askey small cell RAN to a free5gc core.
The node-h can see the free5gc core and SCTP / NG Application Protocol excahnge happens, but I get a NGSetupFailure:

There are no errors shown in the terminal or webconsole.

Does anyone know what would cause this?

Hi,

The issue may be due to a PLMN mismatch. Please ensure the MCC and MNC in free5GC match the gNB.
