How my 5G UE communicates with N3IWF

Dear Team,
I wanted to understand how using any type of wifi router i can connect my 5G UE through N3IWF to 5G Core. does it mean that here N3IWF works as a base station? If so how does the communication happens?
Don’t we require any other equipment apart from wifi router and 5G UE?

could any one clarify this?

How wifi connect to N3IWF?

If the wifi can access ipsec, I think there will no need to concern about it.

N3IWF is using ipsec to connect to UE.
