How to enable/connect SMF to connect any CHF / PCF to CHF

Dear experts

I’m working on connecting the free5GC/SMF to any CHF supporting or PCF to CHF as per SPEC below.
TS32291_Nchf_ConvergedCharging.yaml
TS29594_Nchf_SpendingLimitControl.yaml

Kindly let me know the procedures if this is enabled as part of package.

Now free5GC doesn’t support any CHF service.
