Issues installling kernel 5.0.0-23-generic

Hello,

I´m trying to installthe require kernel in my Linux ubuntu (20.04) laptop but when I install modules, headers and image and reboot to the kernel, I do not have wifi nor bluethoth and the computers goes very slow and with some lag.

I have tried to install such kernel from the appendix in the wiki from free5gc repositories but the commands do not work anymore. Any ideas?

Hi,

I don’t think you need to install 5.0.0-23 on ubuntu 20 cause I’ve install free5gc on Ubuntu 20 without installing 5.0.0-23 kernel. Maybe you can try it.

in the past, 5.0.0-23 was required for PrinzOwO/gtp5g. the gtp5g docs now say:

Please run this module with kernel version 5.0.0-23-generic or upper than 5.4 (Ubuntu 20.04).

that would be very useful to clarify in the docs at free5gc/wiki/Installation.
