Packet is corrupted with NIA0

Hi @free5GC,

I am trying to connect UE with Null integrity and Null ciphering. But Security mode command packet is getting malformed when setting default NIA2 to NIA0.

Steps followed to configure NIA0 -
In config/amfconfig.yaml , set NIA2 to NIA0

Please find the logs attached.

3GPP required that all NAS message should be protected, which means integrity protection must not be disabled(only for emergency calls). So NIA0 is forbidden.
