Real UE not send PDU Session establishment request.

Hello free5GC and everyone!
Looks Real UE not send PDU Session establishment request at Step 1.
Step 1:
UE send InitialUEMessage → UplinkNASTransport,Registration complete → UE not send PDU Session establishment request → Failure.
After 3 minutes
Step 2:
UE send InitialUEMessage → UplinkNASTransport,Registration complete → UE send PDU Session establishment request → PDU Session establish success. → Successful.

REAL UE : honor v30,band N79
GNB IP:192.168.117.19
AMF IP:192.168.117.203

I want to know why UE not send PDU Session establishment request at Step 1.

Hi, @robin
I have checked your packet.
I think it might be like this: in the second step, sending an additional Uplink NAS Transport packet compared to the first step suggests that perhaps not all the contexts needed to establish the PDU session were originally sent to the AMF.
