Request for benchmarking tools

Hello,

Apart from testing individual procedures, are there any future plans for benchmarking tools for the core? I am specifically interested in connecting a large number of UEs and checking how much throughput the core can handle.

I’m assuming the bottleneck will be UPF - are there any procedures to benchmark this network function individually?

Hi,

We have no recent plan on benchmark tools. We’re also glad to see if there are some academy or researching lab working on it. It might be interesting.
