1.Getting wrong security header type error while trying to run with RAN simulator.(With docker environment).

Your RAN simulator encode Security mode complete with wrong security header type

According to TS 24.501 (15.3.0) 5.4.2.3, UE should set the security header type of the security mode complete to “integrity protected and ciphered with new 5G NAS security context”
