NGAP specification version

Hi Free5GC Team,

I have installed Free5GC stage 3 and able to execute it successfully.
Now trying to build a gNB NGAP message simulator.
I am interested to know which version of 38.413 specification is used for NGAP messages.
Please reply.

According to free5gc’s official site, all 5G core is base on 3GPP 15.3 version.
